We operate as a platform sharing tech news, web design resources, scripts, shortlinks, and various digital tools. While we create much of our own content, we also share community resources.
It is our strict policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Copyright Infringement Notice

To help us process your request quickly and accurately, please provide the following information in writing:

- The Original Work: Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., a link to your original script or theme).
- The Infringing Material: The exact URL(s) on Tech GKSearch where the allegedly infringing material is located. General site URLs are not sufficient; we need the specific page link so we can locate and remove the content.
- Contact Information: Your name, email address, and optionally, a phone number where we can reach you.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please ensure you have the rights to the content before filing a claim.
2. Content Removal Process
Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, our team will investigate the claim. If the claim is verified, we will take immediate action to remove or disable access to the infringing material (such as the specific theme file, code snippet, or script).
